Hello and welcome to my site. I'm glad you landed here.

My personal and professional career seemed to rise with the increasing and ever expanding communications industry. As the need for increased government transparency grew, so did my team and I. But before we ever had social media, websites, and the extensive different ways in which we communicate; I was dubbed 'social butterfly' by my teachers in high school. I've had the internal love for communicating at the center of my core and still do to this day. It was a no brainer to go on and earn my Bachelors in Communications from Michigan State University.

As a proud Spartan, I worked my way up from a non-paid intern to becoming the Communications Director/PIO at one of the largest townships in the State of Michigan. My team and I built a robust communications department implementing an internal and external communications plan, community engagement plan, and marketing strategy. During that time, I also led the rebranding of the township.

Winning numerous national, regional, and local awards is a testament to the dedication I have to storytelling and communicating.
